Renew NC Media Kit

Thank you for your support in raising awareness about Renew NC and its vital programs.

Homeowners in 28 western North Carolina counties and zip code 28214 in Mecklenburg County who were impacted by Hurricane Helene may be eligible to apply for the Renew NC Single-Family Housing Program (SFHP). Applications are open through December 31, 2025. 

The SFHP is a centralized program that offers rehabilitation, reconstruction, replacement, or reimbursement for eligible homes. It prioritizes low-to-moderate income families, especially those with: 

  • Seniors aged 62 and older,
  • Children under 18, and/or
  • Individuals with disabilities.
