Renew NC Housing offers three housing programs:

Single-Family Housing Program

The Single-Family Housing program provides reconstruction or rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Helene.

Multi-Family Housing Program

The Multi-Family Housing program offers competitive grant funding to support reconstruction, rehabilitation, or construction of affordable rental housing.

Workforce Housing for Ownership

The Workforce Housing for Ownership program offers competitive grant funding for development and construction of units for purchase by low-and-moderate income (LMI) households.
